Ricard Foundation Prize

Ida Tursic & Wilfried Mille, winner of the Ricard Foundation Prize 2009

One of the highlights of the year is the Ricard Foundation Prize, which acknowledges the significance of the work of a young artist. The award involves the purchase of a work, which is then presented as a gift to the Centre Pompidou and featured in the permanent collections of the Musée National d'Art Moderne.

The prize, awarded by a jury of art critics and collectors is the purchase of a work to the winner. It is available at the Centre Pompidou and displayed in the collections of the Musée National d'Art Moderne.

Until January 11, 2010, the exhibition Les Archipels reinventés at the Centre Pompidou presents the first 10 winners of the Ricard Foundation Prize.

Emilie Renard is the guest curator for the 12th edition of the Ricard Foundation Prize, in autumn 2010.
