Daniela Castro

Daniela Castro (1976) is a writer and curator based in São Paulo. She initiated and curated the Recombining Territories, an interchanging exhibition that’s travelled seven capitals of Brazil from 2006 to 2010. In 2008 she curated Lights Out, the inaugural exhibition at the Museum of Image and Sound in São Paulo. She co-curated The Spiral and the Square: Exercises on Translatability at  Bonniers Konsthall, Stockholm, in 2011. She has been collaborating with Capacete Entertainment since 2009.
